The Chef assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in residential or fine-dining kitchens. All Chef personnel deployed in Pakistan Islamabad are required to possess valid food safety certifications issued by the Islamabad Food Authority, current medical fitness certificates, and documented culinary training from recognized institutions. The lead Chef shall conduct a minimum of two (2) on-site consultations per month to ensure menu variety, dietary compliance, and client satisfaction.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period requires a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due by the 5th of each subsequent month via bank transfer to our account at HBL, Blue Area Branch, Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Chef service hours shall be from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Sunday service is available at an additional 25% surcharge.
- Client is responsible for providing all raw ingredients, kitchen utilities (gas, electricity, water), and a dedicated kitchen space at the residence in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Elite Culinary Services shall provide the Chef with appropriate uniforms, basic cooking utensils, and personal protective equipment.
- Cancellation policy: A 7-day written notice is required for cancellation of the Chef engagement. Failure to provide notice shall result in a penalty of one week's service fee.
- All Chef personnel are bound by a strict confidentiality agreement regarding client household information, recipes, and personal preferences.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of premium or imported ingredients unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
- Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Chef services in Pakistan Islamabad on the terms and conditions outlined herein. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement shall be executed within five (5) business days.
