- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, all pricing for Chef services in Peru Lima is subject to revision based on market fluctuations, ingredient availability, and labor cost adjustments.
- Payment terms: 50% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% to be settled within five (5) business days following the successful completion of the event in Peru Lima.
- The assigned Chef (Chef Ricardo Mendoza) is contractually bound to this engagement. In the unlikely event of illness or emergency, an equivalent or superior Chef of the same caliber will be substituted at no additional cost to the client.
- All services will be performed in strict compliance with the health and safety regulations established by the Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima and DIGESA, applicable to all culinary operations in Peru Lima.
- Any modifications to the menu, guest count, or event scope after the acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment and may result in adjusted pricing for the Chef team and ingredient procurement in Peru Lima.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will incur a 20% fee of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 100% fee.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for tableware, glassware, linens, or venue rental, which are to be arranged separately by the client or the venue in Peru Lima.
- All intellectual property related to menu designs created by the Chef for this engagement in Peru Lima remains the property of Servicio Culinario Andino S.A.C. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the professional Chef services to be rendered in Peru Lima. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
