• Menu development and seasonal menu rotation tailored to Filipino and international palates, incorporating local ingredients sourced from the Philippines Manila public markets and premium suppliers.
• Supervision of a kitchen brigade consisting of sous chefs, line cooks, and prep staff (up to 8 personnel) as required by the client's operation in Philippines Manila.
• Food safety and hygiene compliance in accordance with the Philippine Department of Health (DOH) and the Bureau of Food and Drugs Administration (BFDA) regulations applicable in Philippines Manila.
• Weekly inventory management, cost control reporting, and vendor coordination with local suppliers in the Philippines Manila region.
• Special event and function catering support for up to 500 guests per event, as may be requested by the client within the Philippines Manila area.

The Chef assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a recognized equivalent from an accredited institution in the Philippines Manila area or internationally. The Chef must possess valid food handler's permits, a current DOH food safety certification, and documented experience in high-volume or fine-dining operations. All culinary staff deployed in the Philippines Manila service area shall undergo a background check and medical clearance prior to commencing duties. All services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be rendered at the client's designated premises within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area, including but not limited to the cities of Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Quezon City, and Taguig. Travel time within the Philippines Manila area is included in the monthly retainer. Should the client require the Chef's services at a venue outside the immediate Philippines Manila radius (beyond 25 kilometers from Makati City), an additional travel surcharge of PHP 500.00 per trip shall apply, as itemized separately upon request. The Chef and staff shall report to the Philippines Manila service location at 06:00 AM on all scheduled working days and shall remain available until 10:00 PM to accommodate dinner service and post-service cleanup.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via bank transfer to the account of Manila Culinary Excellence Services Inc. The client is required to remit a 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due on the 25th of each calendar month. For the special event catering component (Item 7), a 70% deposit is required at least 14 days prior to the event date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. All payments are subject to the standard 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
