• Two (2) Sous Chefs and three (3) Commis Chefs to support the Head Chef in menu execution, plating, and kitchen management.
• Full menu planning, tasting session, and final menu approval conducted at the client's venue in Qatar Doha no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the event date.
• Procurement of all premium ingredients, spices, and specialty items sourced from approved suppliers within Qatar Doha, ensuring compliance with Qatar's food safety and Halal certification regulations.
• On-site kitchen setup, equipment rental (ovens, induction cooktops, refrigeration units, and serving stations), and full breakdown post-event.
• Service staff including six (6) trained waiters and two (2) sommeliers for wine and beverage pairing, if applicable.
• Post-event cleanup, waste disposal in accordance with Qatar Doha municipal regulations, and final kitchen sanitization.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Chef team, ingredients, and logistics in Qatar Doha may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations.

• The Chef and all support staff are fully insured under Qatar's labor and commercial insurance regulations. The client shall provide a safe and compliant venue in Qatar Doha with adequate ventilation, water supply, and electrical capacity.
• Any changes to the menu, guest count (beyond the quoted 150 guests), or event duration must be communicated in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the event. Additional charges will apply as per the revised Quotation Estimate.
