This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates for Chef services in Russia Moscow are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions, seasonal ingredient pricing, and applicable tax regulations of the Russian Federation.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 30% due at the commencement of Week 5, and the remaining 30% due within seven (7) business days following the final service day. All payments shall be made in Russian Rubles via bank transfer to the account of ChefMoscow Culinary Partners LLC, Moscow, Russia.
The Chef team shall comply with all labor laws of the Russian Federation, including the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (Trudovoy Kodeks RF), and shall be covered by mandatory social insurance and professional liability insurance for the full duration of the engagement.
Any change in scope, additional events, or extension of the Chef engagement beyond the twelve-week period outlined herein shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
Cancellation by the Client prior to the start of service incurs a fee of 25% of the total quoted amount. Cancellation during the engagement period incurs a fee of 15% of the remaining unperformed service value.
All menus, recipes, and culinary concepts developed by the Chef team during this engagement in Russia Moscow shall remain the intellectual property of ChefMoscow Culinary Partners LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the advance payment. Governing law: the civil and commercial laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved by the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
