The following Chef services are included within the scope of this Quotation Estimate for deployment at the client's premises in Saudi Arabia Jeddah:
- Engagement of one (1) Senior Executive Chef with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of international culinary experience, specializing in Middle Eastern, Levantine, and contemporary fusion cuisine.
- Engagement of two (2) Sous Chefs and three (3) Commis Chefs to support the Senior Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Menu development and seasonal menu rotation tailored to the cultural and dietary preferences of guests in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Full kitchen management including inventory control, supplier coordination, food safety compliance, and HACCP protocol implementation.
- Staff training and mentorship programs for the client's in-house kitchen personnel.
- Special event and banquet Chef services for up to five (5) events per month, including private dining, corporate functions, and seasonal celebrations.
- Weekly quality assurance inspections and monthly performance reporting to the client's management team.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable advance payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total is due upon contract execution. The remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice receipt. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the designated account of Culinary Excellence Services Co. Ltd. in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. Late payments shall attract a penalty of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- All Chef personnel engaged under this agreement shall hold valid work permits, medical clearances, and professional certifications as required by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
- The Chef team shall adhere to all local food safety regulations, municipal bylaws, and the standards set by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) while operating in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for the remaining contracted period shall apply.
- All intellectual property, including proprietary recipes and menu designs developed by the Chef team during the engagement, shall remain the property of Culinary Excellence Services Co. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the Chef services, pricing, and terms described herein are acceptable for implementation at the designated location in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. This signature does not constitute a final contract but serves as a formal expression of intent to proceed to the contractual phase.
