The Chef assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional culinary experience, a recognized international culinary certification (e.g., Le Cordon Bleu, WSET, or equivalent), and a valid Saudi Arabian work permit (Iqama) with a food-handling health certificate issued by the Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Important Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% shall be settled by the 5th of each subsequent month via bank transfer to the account of Elite Culinary Services LLC, Riyadh branch.
- All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of the Chef's professional fees. Ingredient costs are estimated and may vary based on seasonal availability in local Riyadh markets.
- Cancellation policy: A 72-hour written notice is required for any scheduled Chef service cancellation. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service value.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
