Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this quotation to initiate the Chef recruitment and relocation process to Senegal Dakar. The remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice receipt. All payments shall be made in XOF via bank transfer to the designated account of Culinary Excellence International Ltd. in Dakar. Late payments shall incur a penalty of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Senegal Dakar.
- The Chef engagement is for an initial contract period of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. Early termination by either party requires a sixty (60) day written notice.
- Culinary Excellence International Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the Chef's performance or from force majeure events affecting operations in Senegal Dakar.
- All intellectual property, including menu designs, recipes, and culinary concepts developed by the Chef during the engagement, shall remain the property of Grand Hôtel Teranga, Dakar.

- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document.
