- 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms subject to this Quotation Estimate may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
- 3.2 The Chef engagement outlined herein is subject to the successful completion of background checks, work permit or employment pass verification, and health clearance as mandated by the Ministry of Manpower and the Singapore Food Agency in Singapore Singapore.
- 3.3 Payment terms for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon acceptance, 40% upon commencement of Chef services, and 30% upon successful completion of the engagement period. All payments shall be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to the account specified in Singapore Singapore.
- 3.4 The Chef and all supporting culinary personnel shall adhere to the strict food safety and hygiene standards set by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and the National Environment Agency (NEA) as applicable in Singapore Singapore.
- 3.5 Any additional Chef services, menu changes, or scope modifications beyond what is stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately and must be approved in writing by both parties before execution.
- 3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by Singapore Culinary Excellence Pte. Ltd. The full service agreement will be executed upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 3.7 All intellectual property related to menus, recipes, and culinary techniques developed by the Chef during the engagement in Singapore Singapore shall remain the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement.
- 3.8 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
