1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

2. Scope of Chef Services in Madrid, Spain
The Chef engagement described in this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following services to be performed at the client's residence in Madrid, Spain:

4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in ingredient costs within the Madrid, Spain, market.
- A deposit of 40% of the total estimated amount (EUR 3,034.68) is required to confirm the Chef booking and secure the service date in Madrid, Spain. The remaining balance is due within seven (7) business days following the event.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Casa Sabor Culinary Services S.L., IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, or by credit card with a 2.5% processing surcharge.
- Cancellation by the client more than 14 days prior to the service date in Madrid, Spain, will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
- The Chef and staff are fully insured under Spanish labour and liability regulations. The client is responsible for providing adequate kitchen space, electrical capacity (minimum 16A), and safe access to the service area in Madrid, Spain.
- This Quotation Estimate is subject to the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, RDL 1/2007) and applicable Madrid municipal regulations.
