As stated in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Chef services in Spain Valencia shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 40% (EUR 8,324.80) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Chef’s availability. The remaining 60% (EUR 12,487.20) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the conclusion of the event. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Valencia Culinary Services S.L., IBAN: ES00 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000, BIC: XXXXESXX. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly surcharge in accordance with Spanish commercial law applicable in Spain Valencia.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices, particularly those related to ingredients sourced in Spain Valencia, may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations.
5.2 The Chef and accompanying staff are fully insured and operate in compliance with all food safety regulations enforced by the Generalitat Valenciana and the European Union. All personnel hold valid food hygiene certificates recognised in Spain Valencia.
5.3 The client agrees to provide the Chef with adequate kitchen space, access to running water, electricity, and refrigeration at the service location in Spain Valencia. 5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. Upon mutual signature, it becomes a binding service agreement governed by the laws of Spain, with jurisdiction in the courts of Valencia, Spain Valencia.
5.6 The Chef retains full creative authority over the execution of the menu. While the client’s preferences will be honoured, the Chef may make minor substitutions based on ingredient availability at the time of procurement in Spain Valencia.
