• Menu planning and customization tailored to the client's dietary preferences, cultural requirements, and guest count for the event in Sri Lanka Colombo.
• Procurement of all fresh ingredients, spices, and specialty items from approved local suppliers within the Colombo district.
• On-site preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation of all courses at the client's venue in Sri Lanka Colombo.
• Supervision of a support team comprising two (2) sous chefs and three (3) kitchen assistants for events exceeding fifty (50) guests.
• Post-event kitchen cleanup and equipment sanitization in compliance with Sri Lanka Colombo municipal health regulations.

• A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (LKR 2,192,912.00) is due upon acceptance of this proposal to confirm the Chef's availability.
• The remaining 60% balance (LKR 3,289,368.00) shall be settled within seven (7) calendar days following the successful completion of the event in Sri Lanka Colombo.
• Payment may be made via bank transfer to the company account at Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Branch, or by certified cheque.
• Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

• This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by an authorized representative of Colombo Culinary Services (Pvt) Ltd.
• The Chef and support team shall adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards as prescribed by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) and the Colombo Municipal Council.
• Any changes to the menu, guest count, or event schedule must be communicated to the Chef at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. Modifications made within this window may incur additional charges as per the revised Quotation Estimate.
• The client is responsible for providing adequate workspace, electrical supply, and water access at the venue in Sri Lanka Colombo for the Chef team's operations.
• Colombo Culinary Services (Pvt) Ltd. shall carry comprehensive public liability insurance covering all Chef personnel and equipment during the engagement.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for tableware, glassware, linens, or decorative elements unless specifically stated in a supplementary agreement.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Sri Lanka Colombo), either party may cancel the engagement with written notice, and the deposit shall be refunded less any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
