This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the full scope, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a dedicated Chef to provide bespoke culinary experiences within the city of Switzerland Zurich. We are committed to delivering the highest standard of gastronomic excellence, and this document serves as the formal basis for our proposed collaboration.

The Chef engagement described in this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following services, all to be performed at the client's private residence or designated venue within the greater Switzerland Zurich metropolitan area, including the districts of Kreis 1 through Kreis 12:

Personalised menu consultation and design tailored to the client's dietary preferences, cultural background, and any specific allergen requirements.
Procurement of premium, locally sourced ingredients from trusted suppliers in the Zürich region, including the renowned markets at the Markthalle and the weekly farmers' markets in the city centre.
Full preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation of all courses at the client's location in Switzerland Zurich.
On-site kitchen management, including the use of the client's existing kitchen equipment or, where necessary, the provision of portable professional cooking apparatus.
Post-service kitchen cleanup and restoration of the workspace to its original condition.
Optional wine and beverage pairing recommendations curated by the Chef in coordination with Swiss and international sommelier partners.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Chef engagement may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Switzerland Zurich.
A deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to confirm the booking of the Chef. The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) days following the completion of the final service event.
All payments shall be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via bank transfer to the account of Zürich Culinary Excellence GmbH, IBAN: CH93 0076 2011 6238 5295 79, SWIFT: POFICHBEXXX, located in Zürich, Switzerland.
The Chef reserves the right to modify the menu up to 48 hours prior to the event to accommodate seasonal ingredient availability in the Switzerland Zurich region, provided the overall quality and course count remain unchanged.
Cancellation by the client more than 14 days before the scheduled event will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of alcoholic beverages, which will be billed separately at cost plus a 10% service surcharge.
All services are subject to the applicable food safety and hygiene regulations of the Canton of Zürich and the Swiss Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (BLV).
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zürich, Switzerland.
The Chef and all supporting staff are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity within the territory of Switzerland.
