The Chef engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a certified and experienced culinary professional with a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on kitchen management experience. The Chef will be responsible for the following duties while stationed in Tanzania Dar es Salaam:
- Planning, developing, and executing daily, weekly, and monthly menus incorporating both international and local Tanzanian cuisine (including coastal Swahili, Zanzibari, and mainland Tanzanian dishes).

All payments under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account of Safari Culinary Services Ltd., held at a licensed commercial bank in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The payment schedule is structured as follows:
- Advance Payment (30%): TZS 37,975,500 due within seven (7) business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the Chef's commencement of duties in Dar es Salaam.
- Monthly Installments (70%): The remaining balance of TZS 88,609,500 shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of TZS 7,384,125, due on the first (1st) business day of each calendar month.
- One-Time Setup Costs: The kitchen equipment and initial pantry stock charges (TZS 6,700,000) are included in the advance payment and are non-refundable once procurement has commenced.
Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Tanzanian commercial law. All invoices issued under this Quotation Estimate will reference the quotation number QEST-2025-TZ-0047.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- The Chef shall be subject to a probationary period of three (3) months. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice.
- Safari Culinary Services Ltd. reserves the right to replace the assigned Chef with a qualified equivalent should the original Chef become unavailable due to illness, relocation, or other unforeseen circumstances, provided the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- All food preparation and service shall take place at the client's designated premises within Tanzania Dar es Salaam, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Chef and all support staff shall comply with all Tanzanian labour laws, including the Employment and Labour Relations Act, and shall be entitled to statutory leave, public holidays as observed in Dar es Salaam, and all applicable social security contributions (NIDA).
- Intellectual property of all original menu designs, recipes, and culinary concepts developed by the Chef during the engagement shall remain the property of the client, as stipulated in the separate Service Agreement to be executed alongside this Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and, failing resolution, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Tanzania in Dar es Salaam.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the acceptance section below and the full Service Agreement has been executed.
