This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the engagement of a professional Chef to provide comprehensive culinary leadership and kitchen management services at the client's establishment located in Thailand Bangkok. The Chef will be responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, staff supervision, food cost management, and ensuring compliance with all Thai food safety regulations as mandated by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand. The Chef will operate within the vibrant culinary landscape of Thailand Bangkok, incorporating both traditional Thai cuisine and international gastronomy to meet the diverse expectations of the hotel's clientele.
The Chef engagement includes full-time on-site presence at the Thailand Bangkok location, with a standard working schedule of six days per week (Monday through Saturday), 10 hours per day, including a one-hour meal break. The Chef will report directly to the Executive Director and will coordinate with the procurement team for ingredient sourcing from local Thailand Bangkok markets, including the renowned Chatuchak Wholesale Market and the Talad Noi fresh produce district.

Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period, pricing for the Chef services in Thailand Bangkok may be subject to revision based on market conditions.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments over the 12-month engagement period.
- The Chef shall be provided with a valid Non-Immigrant B visa and work permit for Thailand Bangkok in accordance with Thai immigration and labor laws. All related government fees are included in this Quotation Estimate.
- The Chef is expected to maintain a valid Thai food handler's certificate and comply with all regulations set forth by the Thai FDA and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) food safety division.
- Either party may terminate the Chef engagement with a thirty (30) day written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rated refund of unused fees will be calculated and issued within fourteen (14) business days.
- All intellectual property, including menu designs and recipes developed by the Chef during the engagement in Thailand Bangkok, shall remain the property of the client upon full payment of this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include overtime charges. Any additional hours worked by the Chef beyond the agreed schedule will be billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate, subject to prior written approval.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
