This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Emirates Culinary Services LLC to provide a comprehensive and detailed cost breakdown for the engagement of a professional Chef and associated culinary support staff for the client's hospitality operations located in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and outlines all deliverables, service inclusions, applicable fees, and contractual terms governing the Chef engagement. The Quotation Estimate has been prepared in full compliance with the Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Employment in the United Arab Emirates and all relevant municipal food safety regulations enforced by the Abu Dhabi Municipality.

The following Chef services are included within this Quotation Estimate for the client's restaurant and private dining facility in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi:

Engagement of one (1) Executive Chef with a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in international fine dining, specializing in Mediterranean, Levantine, and Emirati cuisine.
Engagement of two (2) Sous Chefs and four (4) Commis Chefs to support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Menu development and seasonal menu rotation tailored to the cultural preferences of guests in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
Full kitchen management including inventory control, supplier coordination, and food cost optimization.
Compliance with all Abu Dhabi Municipality food hygiene and safety standards, including annual health certification for all Chef team members.
Staff training and development programs for the kitchen brigade.
Monthly quality audits and performance reporting to the client's management team.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable advance payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) shall be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt. All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account designated by Emirates Culinary Services LLC. Late payments shall attract a penalty of two percent (2%) per month as per UAE commercial law.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.

5.2 The Chef and all support staff shall be subject to the labor laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021. Working hours, leave entitlements, and end-of-service benefits shall be governed by UAE statutory provisions.

5.3 The client shall provide a safe and compliant kitchen environment in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi that meets all Abu Dhabi Municipality and Civil Defense requirements. Failure to maintain such compliance shall relieve the Chef team of operational responsibility.

5.4 Any additional Chef services, overtime, or scope changes beyond those outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the rates specified herein.

5.5 The Chef engagement is for a fixed term of twelve (12) months. Early termination by either party shall require sixty (60) days written notice and payment of a termination fee equivalent to two months of the Executive Chef retainer.

5.6 All intellectual property, including menu designs, recipes, and culinary concepts developed under this engagement, shall remain the property of the client upon full payment.

5.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the UAE Arbitration Law.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of raw ingredients, kitchen consumables, or specialized equipment procurement. These costs shall be borne directly by the client. All Chef team members shall be provided with appropriate uniforms and safety gear by the client as per Abu Dhabi Municipality food handling regulations.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Chef services to be rendered in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. This document, once countersigned, shall constitute a binding service agreement between the parties.
