This Quotation Estimate is issued by Golden Fork Culinary Services LLC to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a professional Chef to deliver private culinary services within the emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in ingredient costs, labor market rates, or regulatory requirements in the United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% due at the midpoint of the engagement (Week 7), and the remaining 30% within seven (7) business days of the final service delivery. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the provider's designated corporate account in Dubai, UAE.
- The Chef and all supporting culinary staff shall hold valid United Arab Emirates work permits, food handler health certificates issued by Dubai Municipality, and current CPR/first-aid certifications. Copies of all credentials will be provided prior to the commencement of services.
- Any cancellation by the client with fewer than fourteen (14) days' written notice will incur a penalty of 25% of the remaining contract value. Cancellation by the provider without just cause will result in a full refund of all pre-paid amounts.
- The provider shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of not less than AED 5,000,000 covering all operations conducted within the emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- All menus and culinary content developed by the Chef under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the provider unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client retains the right to request modifications to accommodate dietary restrictions, religious observances, or cultural preferences prevalent in the United Arab Emirates Dubai community.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement incorporating the terms herein. Governing law shall be the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or, at the client's election, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
- The Chef shall adhere to all applicable food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations as enforced by the Dubai Municipality, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and the Federal Authority for Consumer Protection in the United Arab Emirates.
