3. Scope of Chef Services
Blackbrook Culinary Services Ltd proposes to supply a qualified and experienced Chef to operate within the United Kingdom Birmingham premises of The Meridian Hotel Group. The Chef engagement encompasses the following duties and responsibilities:
- Planning, preparation, and execution of daily menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services across all dining outlets.
- Management of kitchen inventory, stock ordering, and waste reduction protocols in compliance with United Kingdom food safety legislation.

5. Terms and Conditions
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, Blackbrook Culinary Services Ltd reserves the right to revise the pricing to reflect any changes in the United Kingdom Birmingham labour market or regulatory environment.
5.2 Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via BACS transfer to the account details provided. Late payments will incur interest at 2% per month above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5.3 Cancellation: Either party may terminate this Chef engagement with a minimum of eight (8) weeks' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, a cancellation fee equivalent to four (4) weeks' Chef salary shall be payable.
5.4 Substitution: Blackbrook Culinary Services Ltd reserves the right to substitute the assigned Chef with a suitably qualified alternative of equivalent or higher grade, provided the client is given at least five (5) business days' prior written notice.
5.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, with a primary venue in Birmingham.
5.6 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary menu designs, cost structures, and operational information exchanged during the course of this Chef engagement in the United Kingdom Birmingham area.
