This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule. All payments are to be made in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) via bank transfer to the account details provided upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate:
- Deposit: 40% of the total amount (£2,196.00) is due upon signing and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Chef team's availability for the specified date in United Kingdom Manchester.
- Balance: The remaining 60% (£3,294.00) is due no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled service date.
- Overdue Payments: Any outstanding balance not received by the agreed due date will incur a late payment charge of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom.
