• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Chicago, Illinois, United States, culinary services sector.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost ($22,296.38) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Chef's schedule for the twelve-week engagement period.

• Client is responsible for providing a fully functional kitchen with adequate ventilation, refrigeration (minimum 18 cubic feet), and a dedicated parking space for the Chef's vehicle at the Chicago, Illinois, United States, residence.
• Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, all prepaid fees for remaining weeks will be non-refundable, less a 10% administrative processing fee.
