- 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for the Chef team and ingredients may be subject to revision based on market conditions in United States Houston.
- 2. Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% ($8,595.05) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% ($12,892.58) shall be invoiced within five (5) business days following the completion of the event.
- 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date will incur a 25% fee of the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will be subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
- 4. Dietary Accommodations: The Chef team will accommodate up to 10% of guests with special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, etc.) at no additional charge, provided notice is given at least seven (7) days in advance.
- 5. Venue Requirements: The client agrees to provide a dedicated kitchen or prep area of no less than 400 square feet, three-phase electrical access, and running water at the venue located in United States Houston. Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional equipment rental charges.
- 6. Insurance & Liability: Elite Culinary Services of Texas maintains full commercial general liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence. The client is responsible for any damage to the venue property caused by the Chef team's operations.
- 7. Overtime: Any services rendered beyond the agreed ten (10) hour engagement will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- 8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, with jurisdiction in Harris County, Houston.
