Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for the Chef engagement and all associated services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United States Los Angeles area.
Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total estimated cost is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% is due within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Chef service. All payments are to be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via wire transfer, ACH, or certified check.
Scope Changes: Any modifications to the menu, guest count, service duration, or event location within the United States Los Angeles metropolitan area must be communicated in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event. Additional charges may apply and will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will incur a 25% fee of the total estimate. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
Food Safety & Compliance: The Chef and all supporting staff hold current California Food Handler Permits and ServSafe certifications. All operations will adhere to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health regulations governing temporary food facilities and mobile catering units.
Insurance: Golden Fork Culinary Services, LLC maintains a minimum of $2,000,000 in general liability insurance and $1,000,000 in workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance naming the client as an additional insured may be provided upon request.
Intellectual Property: All proprietary recipes, menu designs, and culinary techniques developed by the Chef remain the intellectual property of Golden Fork Culinary Services, LLC. The client receives a one-time license to reproduce the final menu for personal use.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, with venue in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts of God, natural disasters (including but not limited to earthquakes common to the United States Los Angeles region), government orders, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control.
