- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Chef team are subject to reconfirmation and potential adjustment.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total estimated amount ($2,939.38) is required to secure the Chef's date and confirm the booking. The remaining 60% balance is due within seven (7) business days following the event.
- All Chef services will be performed in strict adherence to United States New York City food safety and sanitation codes. The Lead Chef holds a valid New York State Food Protection Certificate and a current NYC Health Department permit.
- The client agrees to provide adequate kitchen space, electrical outlets (minimum 20-amp circuits), and water access at the service location in United States New York City. Failure to provide adequate facilities may result in a rescheduling fee of $350.00.
- Menu changes requested more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date are complimentary. Changes made within fourteen days will incur a $250.00 menu revision fee. Changes made within seventy-two (72) hours are subject to a $500.00 expedited revision fee.
- Manhattan Culinary Services LLC carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance and $1,000,000 in workers' compensation coverage, valid throughout the United States New York City metropolitan area. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
- Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen days will result in a 75% charge of the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours will result in a 100% charge.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. Upon mutual execution, it becomes a binding service agreement governed by the laws of the State of New York.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Chef service engagement shall be resolved through mediation in the borough of Manhattan, United States New York City, before resorting to litigation.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Chef services in United States New York City and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document. The Chef engagement will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
