The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers the full spectrum of responsibilities, travel arrangements, accommodation, and professional development support required to deploy a qualified Chef to the client's hospitality establishment located in the heart of Uzbekistan Tashkent. All figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 8 below.

The Chef engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following duties at the client's five-star hotel and restaurant complex in Uzbekistan Tashkent:

• Design and implementation of a seasonal menu that blends international fine dining techniques with authentic Uzbek cuisine, including plov, shashlik, samsa, and lagman, tailored to the diverse clientele of Uzbekistan Tashkent.
• Day-to-day management of the kitchen brigade, including hiring, training, and supervising up to twelve (12) local kitchen staff members in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
• Procurement oversight, ensuring that all ingredients sourced from local markets in Tashkent meet international food safety and quality standards.
• Development of a culinary training programme for junior chefs and commis staff to elevate the overall standard of food preparation across all outlets in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
• Monthly cost-control reporting, menu engineering analysis, and waste reduction strategies to optimise the kitchen's operational budget.
• Representation of the establishment at local food festivals, culinary competitions, and tourism board events held throughout Uzbekistan Tashkent.

The Chef proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in high-end hospitality kitchens, including at least five (5) years in a senior or executive capacity. The Chef must possess a recognised culinary diploma (e.g., Le Cordon Bleu, WSET, or equivalent), a valid food hygiene and safety certification, and demonstrable experience in managing multicultural kitchen teams. Prior experience working in Central Asian markets or familiarity with Uzbek culinary traditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent will be considered a significant advantage. The Chef must be fluent in English and possess a working knowledge of Russian or Uzbek to facilitate effective communication with local staff and suppliers in Uzbekistan Tashkent.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: a non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, payable within thirty (30) days of each invoice date via wire transfer to the account designated by Culinary Excellence International LLC. All payments are to be made in US Dollars. Late payments shall attract a penalty of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this validity window, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in market rates, exchange rates, or availability of the Chef will be issued. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between both parties, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Either party may terminate the Chef engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, the client shall be liable for fifty percent (50%) of the remaining contract value. In the event of termination due to the Chef's material breach of contract, no further payment shall be due. All cancellation and termination clauses are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and, where applicable, international commercial arbitration rules.

• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract until countersigned by both parties.
• All intellectual property related to menu designs, recipes, and culinary techniques developed by the Chef during the engagement in Uzbekistan Tashkent shall remain the property of the client.
• The Chef shall comply with all local labour laws, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or government-imposed travel restrictions affecting Uzbekistan Tashkent, shall relieve both parties of their obligations for the duration of the event.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
