- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for Chef services in Venezuela Caracas may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation, ingredient cost changes, or availability of the Chef team.
- All prices quoted in US Dollars (USD) are subject to conversion at the official Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV) exchange rate on the day of service. The Venezuelan Bolívar Fuerte (VES) equivalent is provided for reference only.
- The Chef team will arrive at the designated location in Caracas, Venezuela, no later than four (4) hours prior to the scheduled event start time. The client must ensure that the kitchen space is accessible, equipped with running water, adequate electrical supply (110V/220V), and proper ventilation.
- Payment of the 50% advance is required within five (5) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to confirm the Chef's availability. The remaining 50% is due within 48 hours following the completion of the event.
- Any modifications to the menu, guest count, or event scope must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours before the event. Changes made within 72 hours may incur an additional 15% surcharge on the affected line items.
- Chef Excellence Venezuela, C.A. holds all necessary permits and registrations to operate as a food service provider in the state of Miranda, Caracas, Venezuela. All Chef personnel carry valid health certificates issued by the local health authority in Caracas.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include taxes. Applicable Venezuelan Value Added Tax (IVA) of 16% will be added to the final invoice if the client does not provide a valid RIF for tax-exempt status.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies in Caracas, Venezuela), either party may cancel this engagement without penalty upon written notice.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, with jurisdiction in the courts of Caracas, Venezuela.
