• On-site cooking and plating at the designated venue in Zimbabwe Harare.
• Supervision of a team of four (4) assistant kitchen staff provided by our company.
• Provision of all necessary cooking equipment, utensils, and presentation ware.
• Post-event kitchen cleanup and waste management in compliance with Zimbabwean health and safety regulations.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Chef engagement may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to confirm the Chef's availability and secure the booking date.
3. The remaining 50% balance shall be payable within seven (7) business days following the successful completion of the event.
4. Any changes to the menu, guest count, or event scope after the initial menu consultation must be communicated in writing at least 72 hours before the event. Additional charges may apply as per a revised Quotation Estimate.
5. The Chef and team shall adhere to all food safety standards set by the Zimbabwe National Standards Authority (ZANAS) and the Harare City Council Health Department.
6. Harare Culinary Professionals (Pvt) Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries arising from the consumption of food prepared by the Chef, provided that all ingredients were sourced and supplied by the client.
7. This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively to the client named herein.
8. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, with jurisdiction in the High Court of Harare.
