Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the designated account of Apex Engineering & Consulting LLC. The payment schedule is structured as follows: 25% upon contract execution, 25% at the completion of month four, 25% at the completion of month eight, and the remaining 25% upon final project delivery and acceptance. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation or changes in operational costs in Afghanistan Kabul.
- The Chemical Engineer shall be provided with a secure working environment, appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and access to all necessary project sites within Kabul and its surrounding districts.
