This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment milestones, payable via bank transfer to the account of Algeria Chemical Engineering Solutions SARL at BNA, Algiers branch:
Milestone 1: 30% advance payment upon contract signature – 4,780,766 DZD
Milestone 2: 40% upon completion of Process Design and HAZOP deliverables – 6,374,354 DZD

4. Terms and Conditions4.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Algeria Algiers.
4.2. The Chemical Engineer shall comply with all applicable Algerian labor laws, industrial safety codes, and environmental regulations enforced by the Wilaya of Algiers and the relevant national ministries.
4.3. All intellectual property, process designs, and technical documentation produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
4.4. The client shall provide the Chemical Engineer with safe working conditions, access to all relevant plant areas, and necessary permits for operations within the Algeria Algiers industrial zone.
4.5. Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original estimate shall require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
4.6. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Algiers, Algeria.
4.7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or civil unrest in the Algeria Algiers region, shall suspend obligations without penalty.
