2. Detailed Scope of Work- Process Design & Engineering: Development of P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and mass/energy balance calculations for the new reactor train. The assigned Chemical Engineer will oversee all design deliverables in accordance with ASME, API, and local Argentine regulatory standards.
- Hazard & Operability (HAZOP) Studies: Facilitation of HAZOP workshops, preparation of risk matrices, and implementation of safety interlock recommendations for the Chemical Engineer's review and sign-off.
- Environmental Compliance: Preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in compliance with the Buenos Aires Provincial Environmental Ministry (Ministerio de Ambiente de la Provincia de Buenos Aires) and national regulations under Ley 25.675.

5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates for Chemical Engineer services in Argentina Buenos Aires may be subject to revision based on market conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.
- The Chemical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in petrochemical process engineering and must be registered with the Colegio de Ingenieros de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
- All deliverables shall be provided in both English and Spanish to comply with local regulatory requirements in Argentina Buenos Aires.
- The client agrees to provide safe working conditions, necessary site access, and all permits required for the Chemical Engineer to perform on-site activities.
