This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Process Engineering Pty Ltd to provide comprehensive Chemical Engineer consultancy services for the design, review, and optimisation of process systems located in Australia Melbourne. The estimated duration for the completion of all Chemical Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is 14 weeks from the date of contract execution. The project will be executed in phases, with milestone deliverables submitted to the client for review at weeks 4, 8, 12, and 14. All site-based activities in Australia Melbourne will be scheduled to minimise disruption to the client's existing operations.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in materials, labour, and regulatory changes within Australia Melbourne.
- All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Chemical Engineer's professional fees, travel within the Melbourne metropolitan area (up to 50 km radius), and standard engineering software licences.

- Meridian Process Engineering Pty Ltd holds a valid Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance of $20,000,000 AUD, as required for Chemical Engineer services in the state of Victoria, Australia.
- All work performed by our Chemical Engineer team will comply with the Engineers Australia Code of Conduct, the IChemE Code of Ethics, and all applicable Australian and Victorian legislation, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic).
- Intellectual property: All designs, calculations, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment. Meridian Process Engineering retains the right to use anonymised project data for internal training and portfolio purposes.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Act 2011 (Vic) and shall be heard in the courts of Victoria, Australia Melbourne.
