1. Scope of Services

3. Terms and Conditions
General Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Brasília, DF region.
- All services will be performed by qualified Chemical Engineers registered with CREA-DF (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia do Distrito Federal), ensuring full compliance with Brazilian professional engineering regulations.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, with the remaining 70% paid in equal monthly installments via bank transfer (TED/DOC) to the account specified in the service contract.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to all areas of the Brasília facility, necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), and any third-party permits required for on-site work.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, process parameters, and proprietary information shared during the engagement in Brazil Brasília shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

4. Assumptions and Exclusions

Excluded from this estimate are: capital expenditures for new equipment, civil construction works, third-party laboratory testing fees exceeding R$ 5,000.00 per sample, and any legal representation before regulatory bodies.
