All invoices shall be issued in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date via bank transfer (TED/DOC) to the account of TechEng Solutions Ltda. 4. Terms and Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect market conditions, currency fluctuations, or changes in material costs in the Brazil São Paulo region.
• All services will be performed by a qualified Chemical Engineer registered with CREA-SP and in full compliance with the Brazilian Engineering Council (CONFEA) professional code of ethics.
