- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the assigned Chemical Engineer are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the process design and HAZOP deliverables, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover of the final report at the Canada Montreal site.
- All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under Québec's Civil Code.
- The Chemical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a valid P.Eng. licence issued by the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and carries professional liability insurance of no less than $5,000,000 CAD per occurrence.
- All work shall comply with the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA 1999), Québec's Act respecting the Environment (Loi sur la qualité de l'environnement), and all applicable municipal by-laws in force in Canada Montreal at the time of execution.
