This Quotation Estimate outlines the following milestone-based payment structure. All payments are due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice issuance and are payable in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account designated by Pacific Northwest Engineering Solutions Inc.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the assigned Chemical Engineer are subject to reconfirmation in writing.
4.2 All professional engineering services shall be performed in strict accordance with the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Act (SBC 2004) of British Columbia and the code of ethics of APEGBC. The Chemical Engineer of record shall affix their professional seal to all stamped drawings and technical reports.
4.3 The client acknowledges that all work will be conducted at the designated facility in Canada Vancouver and that the client is responsible for providing safe site access, appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and all necessary permits for on-site activities.
4.4 Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a formal change order, with additional costs calculated at the applicable hourly rates stated herein.
4.5 All intellectual property, design documents, and technical data produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Chemical Engineer and Pacific Northwest Engineering Solutions Inc. retain the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to the client's confidentiality requirements.
4.6 This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Vancouver prior to any formal litigation proceedings.
4.7 Pacific Northwest Engineering Solutions Inc. carries professional liability insurance in the amount of $5,000,000 CAD per occurrence, as required for engineering services in the Canada Vancouver region. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Pacific Northwest Engineering Solutions Inc. to proceed with the engagement of the Chemical Engineer for the services described herein at the Canada Vancouver project site.
