General Terms of this Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in market conditions, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements applicable in Chile Santiago.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery of the process optimization report and design specifications, and 20% upon completion of the final training sessions and handover of all documentation. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Andes Engineering Solutions SpA, Banco de Chile, Cuenta Corriente #1234567-8, RUT 77.123.456-8.
- Professional Liability: The Chemical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate carries professional liability insurance with a coverage of CLP 500,000,000, compliant with the requirements of the Colegio de Ingenieros Químicos de Chile.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, process information, and proprietary documents shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Chemical Engineer and Andes Engineering Solutions SpA shall not disclose any information to third parties without prior written consent from Minera Los Andes S.A.

- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Santiago, Chile, in accordance with the Chilean Civil Code. If mediation fails, the parties agree to submit the matter to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
