This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Chemical Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing by Andina Engineering & Process Solutions S.A.S.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signature, 35% upon delivery of the PSM plan and simulation reports (Items 02 and 03), and 25% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the commercial contract, denominated in Colombian Pesos (COP).
All professional services will be performed in Colombia Bogotá at the client's designated facility. The client is responsible for providing safe working conditions, access to process data, and any necessary permits for on-site work as required by local and national Colombian authorities.
The Chemical Engineer assigned to this project holds a professional license (Registro Calificado) issued by the Colombian Ministry of Education and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in petrochemical and biofuel process industries.
Any change in scope, additional work orders, or extension of the project timeline beyond the 43 business days stated herein will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement before execution.
Confidentiality: All process data, proprietary formulations, and operational parameters shared by the client shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Chemical Engineer and all supporting personnel will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
