The Chemical Engineer assigned to this project will deliver the following professional services within the Egypt Alexandria operational jurisdiction:

• Process flow diagram (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) development for the ethylene glycol production line.
• Thermodynamic and kinetic modeling of reactor systems operating at temperatures up to 350°C and pressures up to 85 bar.
• Material selection and corrosion resistance analysis for all process equipment in compliance with Egyptian Industrial Standards (ECS) and ASME codes.
• Process safety hazard analysis (HAZOP) and risk assessment in accordance with Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources regulations.
• Design of the wastewater treatment and effluent management system to meet Alexandria Environmental Protection Agency discharge limits.
• Preparation of technical specifications for procurement of heat exchangers, distillation columns, storage tanks, and associated instrumentation.
• On-site supervision and commissioning support at the Egypt Alexandria facility for a minimum of twelve (12) working days.
• Preparation of the final process design package, including operating procedures, maintenance schedules, and operator training manuals.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed in three (3) installments as follows:

1. This Quotation Estimate is a firm offer valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing.
2. All services shall be performed by a licensed Chemical Engineer registered with the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate (Alexandria Branch) and holding a valid professional practice license.
3. The Chemical Engineer shall comply with all applicable Egyptian federal and local regulations, including those issued by the Alexandria Governorate, the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency, and the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.
4. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment.
5. The client shall provide timely access to the Egypt Alexandria facility, existing process data, and all necessary permits to ensure uninterrupted progress.
6. Confidentiality: All process data, proprietary formulations, and design documents shared during this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Chemical Engineer and Nile Delta Engineering Consultants shall not disclose such information to any third party without written consent.
7. Warranty: The Chemical Engineer guarantees the accuracy and completeness of all design deliverables for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final handover.
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
9. Governing Law: This agreement and all associated documents shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
