The Chemical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the Ghana Accra jurisdiction:

• Process Design and Optimization: Development of detailed process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and mass/energy balance calculations for the client's chemical processing facility located in the Tema Industrial Area, Ghana Accra.
• Plant Commissioning Support: On-site supervision and technical guidance during the startup and commissioning phases of new or retrofitted chemical processing units, ensuring compliance with Ghana National Standards Authority (GSA) regulations and local environmental codes.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance: Conducting hazard and operability (HAZOP) studies, risk assessments, and environmental impact reviews in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of Ghana requirements applicable to Ghana Accra industrial operations.
