- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued reflecting any changes in Chemical Engineer resource availability or material costs in India Bangalore.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and safety analysis deliverables, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover at the India Bangalore site.
- All Chemical Engineer deliverables shall comply with IS codes, ASME standards, and applicable regulations of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) governing operations in India Bangalore.
- Intellectual property of all process designs, P&IDs, and calculations developed by our Chemical Engineer team shall vest with the client upon full and final payment.
- Any change in scope beyond the defined deliverables will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in India Bangalore in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Our Chemical Engineer team shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than INR 5 Crores throughout the project duration.
