Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified and experienced Chemical Engineer to provide comprehensive process design, safety assessment, and operational optimization services at the client's manufacturing facility located in New Delhi, India. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- Process flow diagram (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) development for a new petrochemical unit.
- Thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of reactor systems, including heat and mass transfer calculations.
- Process safety hazard analysis (HAZOP) and risk assessment in compliance with Indian Standards (IS 15548) and the Factory Act, 1948 as applicable in New Delhi.
- Selection and sizing of unit operations equipment (distillation columns, heat exchangers, storage tanks, pumps, and compressors).
- Environmental impact assessment and effluent treatment system design as mandated by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), New Delhi.
- Preparation of technical bid documents and vendor evaluation support for equipment procurement.

4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in New Delhi, India.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of design and HAZOP deliverables, and 20% upon successful commissioning and handover at the New Delhi site.
- All invoices shall be raised in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, applicable in India.
- The Chemical Engineer team shall adhere to all applicable Indian regulations, including the Factories Act, 1948; the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986; and guidelines issued by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC).
- Intellectual property rights for all design documents, reports, and process calculations developed under this engagement shall vest with the client upon full and final payment.
- Any change in scope of work beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a separate supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary process data, trade secrets, and business information exchanged during the course of this project in New Delhi, India.
- Disputes arising from this quotation shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
