Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of TecnoIngegneria S.r.l., IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1000 0000 0123 456, BIC: BLOPIT22. Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. A 30% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be settled within 30 days of each monthly invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian Civil Code Article 1284.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Chemical Engineer team may be subject to revision.
- All services shall be performed by qualified and registered Chemical Engineer professionals holding a valid license from the Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Milano. The lead engineer for this project is Ing. Marco Bellini (Registration No. MI-2018-4472).
- The client shall provide full access to the plant facilities located in the Italy Milan metropolitan area, including all necessary safety equipment, documentation, and personnel cooperation required for the execution of the works.
- Any additional services, scope changes, or extensions beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by both parties.
- All intellectual property, drawings, calculations, and reports produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment.
- The Chemical Engineer services are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Milano, Italy.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, trade secrets, and proprietary information exchanged in connection with this project, in accordance with the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies affecting the Italy Milan region.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes TecnoIngegneria S.r.l. to proceed with the Chemical Engineer services as described herein, to be executed at the client's facilities in Italy Milan and surrounding areas.
