The following Quotation Estimate covers the provision of a senior Chemical Engineer to support the client's operations at their Abidjan, Ivory Coast facility. The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for process optimization, reactor design review, safety compliance auditing, and technical supervision of the petrochemical production line. All services are to be rendered in the Ivory Coast Abidjan industrial zone in accordance with Ivorian labor law (Code du Travail de la Côte d'Ivoire) and applicable international engineering standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA-equivalent protocols).

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Sahel Engineering & Process Solutions SARL, CI Bank, Abidjan, Ivory Coast. The payment schedule is structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment (35,046,000 XOF) — Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the Chemical Engineer's arrival in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- 40% Milestone Payment (46,728,000 XOF) — Due at the completion of the sixth (6th) month of the Chemical Engineer's active service period.
- 30% Final Payment (35,046,000 XOF) — Due upon successful completion of the twelfth (12th) month and delivery of the final technical report.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the advance payment.
- The Chemical Engineer shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary processes, formulations, and operational data encountered at the Ivory Coast Abidjan facility.
- Sahel Engineering & Process Solutions SARL reserves the right to substitute the assigned Chemical Engineer with a professional of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to client written approval.
- Any scope modification beyond the parameters described herein shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in accordance with the rules of the Ivorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- The Chemical Engineer's employment relationship is governed by the Ivorian Labor Code. All statutory contributions (CNSS, tax withholdings) are included in the fees quoted above.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and non-assignable without prior written consent from the issuing party.
