1. Scope of Work & Description
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Osaka Precision Engineering Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive Chemical Engineer professional services for the Kansai Industrial Holdings K.K. manufacturing facility located in Japan Osaka. The scope encompasses a full-cycle engagement covering process audit, reactor system optimization, waste treatment stream redesign, and regulatory compliance verification in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Safety and Health Act (Kogyo Anzen to Kenkou Ho) and the Osaka Metropolitan Government environmental directives.

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation from Osaka Precision Engineering Co., Ltd.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of on-site fieldwork in Japan Osaka, and 20% upon delivery of the final technical report and acceptance by the client.
- All Chemical Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall comply with the client's site safety protocols, including mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) and confined-space entry procedures as mandated by Japanese occupational safety regulations.
- The Chemical Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 100,000,000 JPY throughout the duration of the engagement in Japan Osaka.
- Any change in scope, additional working days, or revised deliverables must be documented via a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution. The Quotation Estimate amounts shall be adjusted accordingly.
- Confidentiality: All process data, proprietary formulations, and operational parameters encountered during this engagement in Japan Osaka shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) in Osaka.
