  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labor rates, or applicable tax regulations in Mexico Mexico City.
  • The Chemical Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations (NOM-004-STPS) while on-site. The client is responsible for providing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and site access credentials.
  • All intellectual property, including process calculations, simulation files, and design documents produced under this engagement, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
  • The Chemical Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 MXN, valid throughout the project duration in Mexico Mexico City.
  • Any scope changes or additional services requested by the client beyond the original scope shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written approval prior to execution.
