- All services described in this document shall be performed in strict compliance with Moroccan industrial law, the Moroccan Code of Labor, and applicable environmental regulations enforced by the Direction Régionale de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie in Casablanca.
- The Chemical Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance and occupational accident coverage throughout the duration of the engagement in Morocco Casablanca.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
