The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS), P&ID interpretation, and familiarity with Myanmar's Environmental Conservation Law and the Ministry of Industry's operational regulations specific to the Yangon industrial zone.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Myanmar Yangon and applicable exchange rate fluctuations.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within fifteen (15) business days of invoice submission. A mobilization advance of twenty percent (20%) of the total contract value is required prior to the commencement of services. All payments shall be made in US Dollars via wire transfer to the designated account or in Myanmar Kyat at the Central Bank of Myanmar's published rate on the date of payment.
3.3 Scope Modification: Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement. The Chemical Engineer shall not undertake tasks outside the defined scope without prior written authorization from the client's Operations Director.
3.4 Confidentiality: The Chemical Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary processes, formulations, trade secrets, and operational data encountered during the engagement in Myanmar Yangon. This obligation shall survive the termination of this contract for a period of three (3) years.
3.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination for convenience, the client shall compensate the Chemical Engineer for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a five percent (5%) completion bonus on the remaining contract value.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
3.7 Insurance and Liability: The Chemical Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 500,000 for the duration of the engagement. The client shall provide a safe working environment in compliance with Myanmar's Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for capital equipment procurement, major plant modifications, or third-party laboratory testing. Such items, if required, will be quoted separately. All prices are exclusive of applicable Myanmar government taxes, including the 5% Service Tax and any applicable withholding tax as per the Myanmar Internal Revenue Department guidelines.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Chemical Engineer in Myanmar Yangon. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
