This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment conditions. A deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total amount, amounting to €17,324.18, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement. The remaining seventy percent (70%) shall be invoiced in two equal installments: the first upon completion of the HAZOP study and the second upon delivery of the final technical report. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Amsterdam Process Engineering B.V. at ING Bank N.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory Dutch rate as defined under Article 6:119 of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide full access to the Unit 7 reactor system, all existing process documentation, P&ID drawings, and historical operating data within five (5) business days of project commencement. The Chemical Engineer is not responsible for the cost of any physical modifications, equipment procurement, or third-party laboratory analyses. Should the scope of work expand beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for the client's approval prior to any additional work being undertaken. All work will be performed in accordance with the professional code of conduct of the Dutch Society of Chemical Engineers (SVE) and the applicable standards of NEN-EN ISO 9001:2015.
This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. To accept the terms outlined in this document, the client is requested to sign and return a copy to Amsterdam Process Engineering B.V. within the validity period. Upon acceptance, the Chemical Engineer and supporting team will be formally assigned, and a detailed project schedule with milestone deliverables will be agreed upon in a joint kickoff meeting to be held at the client's premises in Netherlands Amsterdam.
