7.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in New Zealand Auckland.
7.2 All intellectual property generated by the Chemical Engineer during the course of this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment of all invoices.
7.3 The Chemical Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary process information, trade secrets, and operational data of the client.
7.4 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and, where applicable, the jurisdiction of the District Court in Auckland.
7.5 Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Auckland region, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
