The Chemical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables at the client's facility located in Nigeria Abuja (Wuse Industrial Zone or as otherwise directed):

• Conduct a full process audit and feasibility study of the existing chemical processing plant, including P&ID review, heat and mass balance verification, and safety hazard identification (HAZOP).
• Design and develop optimized process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, and control system recommendations for a new 5,000 LPH water treatment and chemical dosing unit.
• Prepare all technical documentation required for submission to the Nigerian Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) and the Federal Ministry of Environment, based in Nigeria Abuja.
• Provide on-site supervision and commissioning support for a minimum of twelve (12) working days during the installation and startup phase.
• Deliver a comprehensive final engineering report, including operational manuals, maintenance schedules, and a 12-month performance guarantee plan.
• Offer two (2) follow-up remote consultation sessions within three (3) months of project completion to address any operational queries.
