Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments, payable to Senegal Chemical Engineering Consultants SARL via bank transfer to the designated account at the Banque Atlantique Sénégal, Dakar:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signing of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% Progress Payment: Due upon completion of the Process Design, Commissioning, and Environmental Compliance deliverables.
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon successful completion of all remaining services, submission of the final technical report, and client sign-off.
All payments are due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Senegalese commercial law.
The total estimated duration for the completion of all services under this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) months from the date of contract execution. The Chemical Engineer shall submit a detailed project schedule, including milestones and deliverable dates, within ten (10) business days of contract signing. All on-site work in Senegal Dakar shall be conducted during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 WAT), with the possibility of extended hours during critical commissioning phases subject to prior written agreement.
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
